My rendition of Cinna, Katniss' fashion designer and close friend throughout the Hunger Games series.
Cinna was described as a man who looked normal despite the absurd fashion trends in the Capitol. He wore simple clothing and had close-cropped hair. His one strange fashion choice was gold eyeliner, which brought out the green flecks in his eyes.
The dress I drew on the right is just some random dress. Maybe a prototype of Katniss' mockingjay dress or something.
Drawn with pencil from scratch, no references. Overlaid with watercolor texture found here: [link]

i wish there was a way to favorite this more times. you have just captured his personality and intelligence so brilliantly. something sadly lenny kravitz didn't do. the character on the screen was nice, but not the same one. yours i think is the real him. also holy goodness you are amazing at art--i can't believe how great a job you did on his posture and all his masculine angles, especially his jaw and the details of his collarbone and neck. and for once a legit masculine haircut in hand drawn fanart! thank you so much for sharing your talents!
thanks! I think Lenny Kravitz did a commendable job based on the limited screen time he was given.
