Finnick Odair, of The Hunger Games. He made his debut in Catching Fire, and also appeared in Mockingjay.

He was tall, muscular, and athletic, with golden skin, bronze-colored hair, and "incredible" sea green eyes. I took the liberty of coloring them in since they seemed to be his most prominent feature. I imagined his hair to be quite curly as well. It didn't say it in the books, but I imagined that he also carried around a spear or harpoon of sorts.
