Artist's Comments

Okay, so I wasn't going to submit this, since it happens to be a birthday present for a friend, I thought this was just too cool to not post.

So this is Hiro, from NBC's Heroes, and he's my favorite little space-time manipulator. He's so cute when he gets all enthusiastic about everything, and he's just my favorite character of the seris.

Materials:
Mechanical Pencil
Printer Paper
Reference Picture
10 Hours of Work
Insanely Blackened fingers

Enjoy, people! :O

Well, I'll stick to my traditional art ways. I'm not much of a digital artist anyways.

Holy crud monkeys! That's freaking amazing. I love the everything in this picture. The shading is so well done, and combined with the detail you have a masterpiece on your hands! Also, I absolutely love the writing style you use to write the names of your subjects.

But man, this guy's eyes are so realistic, and alive. Not to mention the expression. Bravo. Seriously, just bravo. Simply amazing, you just can't get past it. Your traditional art leaves absolutely nothing to be desired (you know, excluding the want to be as talented as you).
