This is Rude from FFVII Advent Children. He's got some cool shades and a nice suit, but his name is absolutely terrible. I'll bet he'd have a girlfriend if his name wasn't "Rude". Imagine him going on a date and introducing himself as Rude: He'd probably earn himself a hearty slap and a few choice words. I feel for the guy.
